Terms and Conditions Scandinavian Supermodel Competition

Organizer
This competition is organized and owned by Donna Ioanna Models AS, with its registered office at Dronningens gate 39, 4610 Kristiansand, Norway. By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that Donna Ioanna Models AS is the official organizer and administrator of the competition.

Eligibility and parental consent
By reading and accepting these Terms & Conditions, I confirm that if I am under 18 years old, I have obtained parental or legal guardian consent to apply for this competition.

Finalists under the age of 18
We will work closely with parents/guardians of all underage finalists to ensure their safety and wellbeing at all times.

If you are selected as a finalist and are under 18 years old and are still attending school, any potential international modeling contracts will only take effect after you have completed high school and reached the age of 18. Before that, modeling work will be limited to school holidays or other periods when you are free from school obligations.

Safety and supervision
All finalists will be properly supervised and cared for during the finale weekend. Private drivers will provide transportation to and from shoots, rehearsals and events.
The organizers will take all reasonable measures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of participants throughout the competition, in the event of an accident or injury occurring despite these precautions (e.g. accidental falls or unforeseen incidents), the organizers will provide immediate assistance and ensure appropriate medical care. 

Travel and Accommodation
For all finalists, the organizers will cover all costs related to flights, transportation, hotel accommodation, meals and beverages during the finale weekend.
Parents/guardians/family are welcome to attend the finale in person at their own expense. 

Media and marketing consent
By entering the competition, all participants and finalists agree to be filmed and photographed during the competition and finale. Any images, videos or recordings may be used for marketing purposes, social media channels, website, YouTube series, or any future film or documentary projects related to the competition, including reality or docu-series formats.

Code of Conduct
All finalists are expected to behave respectfully, responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws during the competition, rehearsals and finale events. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, illegal or disruptive by the organizers may result in immediate disqualification from the competition at the organizer’s discretion. Finalists are expected to represent themselves and the competition positively at all times.

No Employment Relationship
Finalists in this competition does not create an employment or contractual relationship with the organizers. Any future modeling contracts or professional opportunities will be handled separately and subject to their own agreements.

Competition Format and Changes
The organizers reserve the right to change, postpone, or cancel parts of the competition if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to illness, safety concerns or force majeure events. Any such changes will be communicated to finalists as soon as possible.

Data Storage and Privacy
By submitting this application, participants acknowledge that any images, videos, or other personal data uploaded as part of the application will be securely stored in Shopify’s systems. The data will be retained until January 1. 2026, after which it will be permanently deleted. Participants agree to the collection and storage of this information for the purposes of administering the competition, marketing, and media usage as described in these Terms & Conditions.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising under or in connection with the competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Norway.
