COMPLAINT IN CASE OF DEFECT
- If there is a defect in the goods, the buyer must notify the seller within a reasonable time after this was discovered or should have been discovered that he or she wants to claim the defect. Complaints are addressed to the seller within a reasonable time. The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. Contact information can be found under "contact us".
- If this is not successful, the buyer can contact the Consumer Council for mediation. The Consumer Council is available on phone 23 400 500 or www.forbrukerrådet.no
IN THE CASE OF CANCELLATION OR CHANGE OF THE PURCHASED SERVICE
- Donna Ioanna models AS reserves the right to be able to change or cancel a purchased service should situations arise which mean that the service cannot be performed on the first specified date. Donna Ioanna Models AS will refund the amount paid for the service, but will not cover the customer's possible other financial losses in case of cancellation/change to the service.
These can be situations that involve:
- Economic reasons
- Illness
- Donna Ioanna Models AS can change or cancel orders up to 24 hours before the service's set date, and will notify the customer if this should occur.
