PAYMENT AND TERMS OF PURCHASE

VIPPS – You can pay quickly and easily with Vipps. The transfer goes via Adyen and you only need to follow the instructions in the Vipps app. The amount is reserved when the order is confirmed and the money is withdrawn when the order is approved. Requires smartphone with Vipps app and user account. Payment via Vipps follows DNB's terms of use.

The right of withdrawal expires 14 days from the day the agreement to purchase the course was entered into. If the course is completed earlier than the cancellation period expires, the cancellation period applies 24 hours before the day the course is registered as completed. The buyer is himself obliged to give the seller information about the use of the right of withdrawal before the end of the deadline.

If there is a defect in the goods, the buyer must notify the seller within a reasonable time after this was discovered or should have been discovered that he or she wants to claim the defect. Complaints are addressed to the seller within a reasonable time. The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. Contact information can be found under "contact us".

Donna Ioanna models AS reserves the right to be able to change or cancel a purchased service should situations arise which mean that the service cannot be performed on the first specified date. Donna Ioanna Models AS will refund the amount paid for the service, but will not cover the customer's possible other financial losses in case of cancellation/change to the service.
These can be situations that involve:
- Economic reasons
- Illness
Donna Ioanna Models AS can change or cancel orders up to 24 hours before the service's set date, and will notify the customer if this should occur.
